Why you should invest in Braintree District
-
Good connections
We are serviced by three main A-roads, the A12, A120 and A131. Our roads provide easy access to the M11 and Cambridge, Stansted Airport and the regional growth centres of Colchester and Chelmsford. The A120 also connects us to the Freeport at Felixstowe and Harwich.
Consideration is also being given to plans which will see parts of the A120 upgraded from a single to dual carriageway further improving the flow of traffic towards Freeport East.
Getting to London is easy from the railway station at Witham. Businesses can be in the centre of London at Liverpool Street in as little as 45 minutes.
